9. Competitions and Promotions

  • From time to time, SmartStone Port Elizabeth, Stone etc, Succulents and Stone may run competitions, giveaways, or other promotional activities (“Competitions”) through the Website or associated social media platforms.

  • The prize will be redrawn in seven days after which the prize should have been collected. 

  • By entering a Competition, you grant SmartStone Port Elizabeth, Stone etc, Succulents and Stone the right to use your name and/or likeness for publicity and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless you explicitly opt out at the time of entry.

  • All Competitions are conducted in accordance with the laws of South Africa and may be subject to approval by relevant regulatory bodies if required.
